The cuvée "Paradise" is a wine from a selected area in Côte Brune, on the heights of Ampuis. The old vines have had time to develop roots plunging fairly deep into the soil and rock. They feed with the richest and finest elements. These high located vineyards are battered by winds and repeatedly seized by the freeze. This gives bunches reflecting the extreme nature of the soil of Côte Rôtie. They provide a deep and complex wine with a rich set of aromas.
